Land claims, whether legitimate, fraudulent or opportunistic, can cripple farms, businesses and the families that depend on them. Thousands of land transactions, financing applications and plans to develop or expand have been scuttled by land claims, and this has cost South Africa incalculably in terms of jobs and rural development. That is why the family farmer network, the Southern African Agri Initiative (SAAI), decided to publish the largest digital land claims database online. Until now the ANC and Department of Agriculture have done everything possible to keep this information secret, but now the SAAI web page enables users to determine their land claim status in about 20 seconds!
SAAI Discloses Land Claims Database Online! Agriculture Minister Thoko Didiza Charged with Contempt of Court
Black Supremacist ANC has Turned SA into USSR! Ethnic Cleansing, Corruption, Cronyism, Elitism, Socialism, Cadre Deployment, etc. are the New Reality in South Africa!
First they came for the whites, but coloureds did nothing because they were not white, but now they are coming for the coloureds too! As we have predicted for years, colored people are now sitting with the same problem as white people in South Africa: they are not bantu. Ivan Cloete, a coloured man, was given 24 hours to move off the state farm Colenso, near Darling in the Western Cape, where he was previously placed by the Department of Rural Development. This is the third time Mr Cloete has been ordered to vacate a state farm, where he was placed by the ANC government and in all 3 cases Mr Cloete was being replaced by an African male or female!
A black supremacist project has been exposed in the Cape, where corrupt black officials of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform are turning a 700,000 hectare scheme to place non-white farmers on land in state possession, into a race based (for blacks only) party political reward scheme. So in

ANC Regime Misuses #COVID19 To Expose Farmers To Harm, Attacks & Stock Theft by Banning Farm Patrols in Remote Rural Areas! Deliberate?
#CCPvirus: South African farmers are now at the mercy of barbaric livestock raiders, crop thieves, poachers and farm attackers while minister Bheki Cele, closely surrounded by his bodyguards, bans farm watch patrols by farmers themselves. Farmers across South Africa are reporting that livestock and crop raiders are slowly carrying their livestock and crops away whilst the same ANC regime, that demands that farmers feed the nation, fails to protect them, even preventing them from conducting patrols in groups to try to protect their property, crops and livestock.
The need for farm watch patrols is now more important than ever but the minister of Police, Bheki Cele, has now prohibited farm watch patrols as part of the government’s Chinese Corona virus lockdown regulations. Farmers, especially in the Free State, recently reported that their mealies are stolen off their lands and carried off in bags to the townships, to be sold and consumed. Now a gruesome v

Expropriated Land Stolen Without Compensation Will Be Returned And ANC & EFF Comrades Will Be Held Accountable – Boere Afrikaner People’s Council
The chairman of the Boer-Afrikaner People’s Council and leader of the HNP, Mr Andries Breytenbach, said in a document to the Parliamentary ad hoc committee involved in amending Article 25 of the South African constitution, in order to expropriate the Citizens’ property, without compensation, said that the expropriation of property without compensation to be a criminal act of theft.
Mr Breytenbach wrote in a sharply worded submission to the Parliamentary Committee that the amendment of Article 25 is immoral, illegitimate and the abuse of power. He says in his submission that the proposed legislation amending Article 25 of the current constitution and any attempt to “legalize” expropriation without compensation, is rejected in its entirety.
The Afrikaner Boer people will not recognize such legislation as legitimate legislation and will, by the any means at their disposal, oppose and defend the theft of their property, and will not

Farmers in SA are left on their own to fight against forces of nature, only fellow farmers have sympathy
Droughts, floods, plagues, high input costs, unfair competition, theft and farm attacks are just some of the many problems food producers face in the country.
Along with that is an unfriendly government that just doesn’t realize that food cultivation is more important than any other industry in the country.
As if all this is no more than enough, the ground-breaking policy there is to cause uncertainty, unacceptable labor laws, are all part of the farmer’s troubles that cause nights’ waking.
It is mainly co-farmers from another region of the country who hear and understand the cry of other producers, and then offer a helping hand.
Dairy farmers are discouraged by the authority that could allow dairy to be imported from Poland, and frustration is building up as farmers sit in large parts of the country and perish under the worst conceivable drought conditions while the government prefers to look the other way.

Food production and delivery compromised – Farmers increasingly cautious in current economic climate as well as uncertain about future due to ANC land grab program
The current financial climate is one of the important factors that make farmers more cautious when purchasing expensive tractors and farm implements.
In addition, the government’s land grab program, which is at the very top of the long list of uncertainties, is the biggest reason for farmers not to incur big spending.
The rand, which has become more unstable in recent months, makes farmers even more cautious as it contributes to drastic price increases on imported tractors and harvesters.
All this, together with the possibility that crop yields are not going to be as desired, are all factors that make farmers reluctant to make new purchases.
Concerns have been expressed that the uncertain conditions could have a serious and detrimental effect on food production and delivery and could even lead to larger imports of food that would not be of the same high quality as locally grown.

Real farm murders statistics for 2018: 460 farm attacks and 64 farm murders – yet SA president says no farmers are being murdered
From 1 January to 31 December 2018, there were 460 farm attacks and 64 farm murders in South Africa. That equates to one farmer being murdered every 5.7 days and 1.3 farm attacks per day on average.
Whilst the South African president, Cyril Ramaphosa, and the ANC government is denying the existence of these attacks, the horrific fact is that the white minority are under siege and black leaders are openly calling for the killing of whites.

South Africa can face food shortage with the Ramaphosa regime’s landgrab actions – Farmers unwilling to sow or plant because they are afraid of financial implications
With the inability of the Ramaphosa regime to clearly understand what farmers are facing from the when the landgrab action that will soon begin, farmers are worried that they will face financial ruin.
The different scenarios are analysed one after the other, one of which makes farmers unwilling to sow or to plant.
The farmers believe the risk is too high to harvest land and then the government confiscates the land for the benefit of the so-called new owner.
The second source of concern is who will be responsible for the exercise that has to be undertaken and who is responsible for the mortgage on the farm.
Even though only a portain of the farm is being taken under the land expropriation action, the problem remains the same. Farmers would rather no longer incur any costs, fearing that they should pay the costs without the income on the ground.
If political leaders of the ANC regime ignore all fears, or reject it as speculation, the

Farmers across SA are are currently experiencing huge losses due to Eskom’s unreliable service and continues load shedding
Farmers across the country, but especially in the soft fruit industry, are at wits end. All this because of the continues load shedding that is currently employed throughout South-Africa. Vessels that deliver water at a certain time of the day for a certain time are now affected by power failures.
The “cold chain”, namely cooling of export fruit is constantly interrupted by irregular power supply, and adversely affects the quality.
This will cause millions of Rand’s damage, and where fruit can no longer be exported due to power failures, the country can lose its status as a reliable supplier.
Dairy’s that works with sensitive and extremely perishable products are now forced to obtain a backup power generator because of the unreliability of Eskom’s service.
